  1. As a member of Grim Lotus MC, This is your only ACTIVE crew.

  2. NO CREW KILLING under ANY circumstances!

  3. We do not hide from anybody. NEVER go off radar.

  4. NEVER activate passive mode. If you must go AFK, either leave the session or enter your apartment/garage.

  5. As a member of Grim Lotus MC, we live the 1%er way. We only use 1%er weapons. NO explosives, automatic weapons of any kind, miniguns, sniper rifles...etc

  6. Respect is something we take very seriously. You must always treat other members with the respect they deserve. These men are your brothers. Treat them as such.

  7. Attendance is also something we take very seriously. If you are going to be absent for longer than two weeks, report to your charter President or Vice President.

  8. You must add all patched members to your friends list. You never know when your brothers will need your help.

  9. NEVER ignore your brothers. If for any reason you can’t assist them, Explain to them why.

  10. In a public session, you are NEVER to fire on anybody unless fired upon.

  11. NEVER point your gun at another patched member.  

  12. Membership into this club is a PRIVILEGE

You WILL obey ALL given to you by full patch members.

You have not earned the right to ride with Grim Lotus MC. You will follow at the back of formation in a RED Burrito van. STOCK ONLY!! No modifications may be added to your vehicle.

You must wear a crew colored T-shirt with your hangaround patch on the back.

You must read and follow ALL General Rules and Bylaws.

You WILL not speak out of turn.

DO NOT ask when you will be promoted to prospect. WE will decide when you are ready.

Failure to follow any of these rules will result in IMMEDIATE forfeiture of the hangaround patch.

  • Prospecting occurs ONLY when a fully patched member as “sponsored” you AND been approved by your Charter President.

  • You WILL obey any and all orders given to you by full patched members.

  • Any and all concerns you have will be directed to your “Sponsor”. If your sponsor is unavailable, then feel free to contact any other full patched member.

  • As a prospect you have earned the right to ride with your potential brother. You will ride a STOCK red Hexer. NO modifications are permitted.

  • DO NOT ask when you will receive your “Kutte”, WE will decide that for you. Asking with only lengthen the process and make it harder for you.

  • Failure to follow these rules will result in punishment designated by YOUR SPONSOR.

Attire

  1. All Grim Lotus members are required to wear their “Kutte”. Your cut consists of a black leather jacket with the Grim Lotus logo of your charter on the back. Failure to do so will result in severe disrespect to your fellow brothers and met with INSTANT DEATH.

  2. You must wear long jeans or cargo pants. NO shorts or track pants are permitted. “Dress for the slide, not the ride”

  3. Sandals or any type of open toed shoes are NOT permitted.

 

Getting Around

  1. Being in MC means nothing if you do not own a motorcycle. It serves as your ONLY mode of transportation unless authorized by your Charter President.

  2. Imported bikes of any kind are NOT permitted. You must ride American made bikes (“choppers”)

  3. Wearing helmets while riding are NOT permitted. If you mistakenly put one on, you must pull over and remove it before continuing to ride.

  4. When riding with brothers, know your role. High ranking members ride in front with the Road Captain.

  5. If you happen to fall while riding with your brothers, simply say “rider down”. If you hear this while riding, you MUST pull over and wait for your fallen brother to return to formation.

  6. When parking your bike, you must back up into your parking space and turn your handlebars to your left. It ensures that we can get out of dodge fast as possible if trouble arises.

  7. Your bike must contain the “stock” horn, no musical horns allowed.

  8. No remote bombs may be attached to your bike, we kill our enemies with bullets, NOT explosions.

"Church"

  1. Church is where we discuss club business and/or settle club issues.

  2. ONLY Charter President or Vice President are allowed to hold or call a “church” meeting.

  3. Only patched members are allowed to attend “church”

  4. Prospects may be invited to attend “church”, but must be approved by Charter President.

  5. Church is conducted with the President speaking first, then follows down the line of high ranking officials until everybody gets a chance to speak.

  6. If you have something to add or say while church is in session. DO NOT INTERRUPT!! Raise you hand (R3 on the PS4 controller) and wait for the person speaking to respond.

  7. No wandering around, stand still and show respect to your brothers while they are speaking.

  8. Smoking, drinking, or eating snacks is permitted while “church” is in session.

  9. NO TAUNTING (rock on, air thrusting, slow clap, etc) while another brother is speaking.

  10. If an argument erupts, the Sergeant at Arms will pull the parties involved aside and see to it that the issue is resolved.

  11. If you are actively playing GTA V, YOU MUST ATTEND “CHURCH” If you cannot make it for whatever reason, explain this reason to your Charter President.

  12. Only the Charter President can decide if and when “church” is concluded.

Club Discipline

When another Grim Lotus MC member breaks any of the rules, they could be subject to discipline.

Any members caught breaking rules must be reported to your Charters Sergeant at Arms.

ONLY the Charter President, Vice President or Sergeant at Arms may discipline other members.

Discipline within the club follows a 5 tier standard for rule breakers. They include..

1st offense :  Private verbal warning by your Charters Sergeant at Arms.

2nd offense : Punishment, as designated by your Charters Sergeant at Arms.

3rd offense : Demoted to “Property patch”. Stripped of ALL full patch privileges until your Charter Sergeant at Arms calls a vote to decide if you're worthy of your “Kutte” again.

4th offense : Private meeting with your NATIONAL president.

5th offense : EX-COMMUNICATION Stripped of your patch, no longer affiliated with the club. “Meeting the Lotus”

 

5)  Punishments to expect when breaking rules may include…

Riding a pink Faggio in place of your regular motorcycle for one week.

Running laps around your Charters clubhouse

Dying your hair an elaborate color (blue, white, green, etc)

Anything else deemed acceptable by your Charter Sergeant at Arms AND approved by your Charter President.
